Hi guyz
i tryed to put my interface to my new computer, downloaded the program and now i get the "access to hardware forbidden" screen.
how can i help this?
the old computer i used to run the program is trash so i realy need this to work on the other computer.
btw. i run vista 32-bit |

Hi
It seems to me, you have set a password in menu "Settings->Access".
Enter your password in Access window, set checkbox
"Apply for the current session" and leave empty any
"Level" checks. Press OK.

I don't know, it looks like confuse.
Did you install USB driver properly? Does it present in Device manager?
Run regedit.exe, find and delete whole
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DMXCreatorTimeLine" key.
Close regedit and try to run DMXCreator software again.
